News: Pitch Perfect 3, Eddie Redmayne, Spider-Man & Winnie the Pooh
Pitch Perfect 2 hasn’t even hit our screens yet, but star Rebel Wilson has confirmed that a third outing for the Barden Bellas is in the works. The sequel to the 2012 surprise hit will be out in the UK on 15th May. (Source: Hollywood Life)
English darling and recently crowned Oscar-winner, Eddy Redmayne, is reportedly the favourite to land the lead role in the new Harry Potter spin-off, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Nothing is confirmed yet, but the first film of an expected trilogy is expected to be released on November 18th next year. (Source: Variety)
Marvel supremo Kevin Feige has revealed that the next Spider-Man will be a high schooler. Fans of the franchise will also be pleased to know that the next Spidey reboot planned for 2017 will not be an origin story. (Source: Digital Spy)
Disney are set to give another childhood classic a live-action reboot, as it is reported that they are working on a new Winnie the Pooh movie. Relatively unkown Alex Ross Perry is set to direct. There’s no news on a release date as of yet. (Source: Deadline)
